Display Analog-to-Digital Converters

Display Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) provide a complete data acquisition system on a chip to directly drive Liquid Crystal Displays (LCDs) or Light Emitting Diodes (LED) displays used in thermometers, portable instruments, digital scales and meters and many other applications. These space-saving and cost-effective devices offer low noise for display stability, true polarity indication for precision null applications and auto-zero cycle which eliminates the need for zero adjustments.

Highlights

  • Provide longer lifespans and reduce power consumption of displays used in portable and battery-powered devices
  • Directly drive LCD and LED displays up to 3½ to 4½ digits for high-accuracy applications
  • Internal reference with low-temperature drift between 20-80 ppm/°C creates a robust system for consistent performance in harsh environmental conditions
